Sabah is a trial lawyer whose practice is hyper-focused on DUI defense and major crimes in federal, state, tribal, and municipal criminal courts from pre-filing investigation to trial. Sabah effectively communicates with his clients, prosecutors, and other agents, to quickly minimize the stress and disruption a criminal investigation or charge can have on a person’s life and to resolve each case in the most favorable manner possible. His passion for his clients and his work enables him to advocate and fight for his clients in the face of sometimes overwhelming odds.

Sabah started his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa County. His background gives him valuable insight when evaluating cases and developing strategy. He knows what the process looks like from law enforcement investigation, to intake packets, to prefiling, filing, and trial.

Sabah is consistently recognized as one of Oklahoma’s leading DUI and criminal defense attorneys and is often called to speak to lawyers and non-lawyers about DUI defense, criminal law and criminal procedure. He is the past chair of the American Association of Justice Criminal Law Section, was recognized by the Tulsa County Bar Association as 2014/15’s Outstanding Young Lawyer, is consistently selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, has an AVVO 10/10 review rating, is a member of the DUI Defense Lawyer Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice and American Association for Justice.
